Hello

This blog is my *virtual magazine* of stunning homes in Australia currently for sale. The homes are not necessarily perfect (like in a magazine shoot) so you need to forgive some obvious mistakes, and just enjoy seeing how others live, perhaps even take some inspiration from here n' there! (if you see your home here, take a bow because I search high and low before I finally decide to post a home for my blog!) THANKS FOR DROPPING BY...

Lovely Brighton Traditional Home...

Rolvenden - From Average to Spectacular!

General Features
PRICE GUIDE:  $4 Million+
  • Property Type:  House
  • Bedrooms:     6
  • Bathrooms:    5

Outdoor Features
  • Garage Spaces:  3
It's very tempting to go buy this house,
if not for money constraints, I probably would.

I said from "Average to Spectacular" in the heading
because if you go to the
website set up to show you the house
http://www.141newstbrighton.com.au/home
You will see the old interiors, obviously
before they "staged" it to sell.

What an amazing transformation,
just for those who still weren't sure if the
houses were staged or not - now you'll see it in action!

And who hasn't had a dream of a garage like this,
I ask you!

Not too shabby eye!
Check out the lovely ceilings...

Hallway with potential,
Perfect as is - either way - I love it!

Yep, that bedroom right there, I could move straight into!

I think it's fair to summise they had gardners...

And Here's the Master Plan!

AND This is what the Agent had to say about it!

What a treat! I love it. Real estate pics always suck me in - just not the price tag. I wish!

Not only the room is beautiful and elegant but the garden struck me! The hallway seems to carry a hidden meaning. Wonderful blog that gave me another idea to my next topic, Gazebo and Bali Hut Super Store. Looking forward to see more.
